Love the jeans but the black dye bleeds

"So I bought 2 pairs of these. Love the black jeans and the fit, but the black dye gets all under my nails if I scratch my leg or get in my pockets. I have washed them literally 6 or 7 times, soaked them in a vinegar/water mix overnight and they still get black under my nails. Will NOT repurchase black jeans."
