At Wild Oak Boutique, we provide a variety of shipping rate options for each customer. One of these options is our free shipping for orders $100+. All other shipping options are listed in the table below! These shipping prices are calculated based on your subtotal (after discount codes and sale items have been applied).

*Standard Shipping is offered for all 50 States with the US. This shipping option also includes PO Boxes and APOs/ FPOs.
*International Shipping is offered to all countries and territories located outside of the United States.
Once you have successfully placed your order at Wild Oak, our team works over the top to make sure your order is processed within 48 hours of being received. After your package is securely transferred from Wild Oak to the mail carriers, you should receive your package within 2 to 10 business days for standard shipping, and 6 to 14 business days for international shipping.

Please Note: There may be delays in shipping times during holidays, peak shopping days, and promotional sales. We will work extra hard during these times to make sure every customer receives their package in a timely manner.
Track Your Package
Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left Wild Oak. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to reach us at email@example.com. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 4 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number in the subject line.
