You have 30 days to make returns. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for any order. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or anything marked "final sale".

Redo Coverage provides Free Unlimited Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection on your order for only $2.48. You can initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal.

If you decide to opt out of Redo Coverage you can still initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage is $6.95 per return.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be issued store credit for the order amount less any shipping fees.

Please make sure you don't include non-Wild Oak Boutique items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
