RETURNS: 

  • We do not offer refunds. No Exceptions. 

  • Wild Oak Boutique gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee. 

  • Wild Oak Boutique offers exchanges for the same item in a different size if the product is still in stock.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the date you received your shipment. 

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. 

  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 

  • CLEARANCE, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, and CAMI/BRAMI SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN. THESE ITEMS ARE INDICATED WITH A PRICE ENDING IN $0.99.  The customer is responsible for this reshipping fee.

**SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan with Sezzle.

    SHIPPING: 

    All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.  

    For orders under $100, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $7.  Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped. 

     

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

    We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.  

     

    DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 4 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to contact@wildoakboutique.com. Please include the order number in the subject line.
