We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Holiday Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer an Extended Holiday Return Window that allows orders between November 15th to December 31st to be returnable until January 31st.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

  1. You have a max of 25 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 25 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 25 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
  2. We do not offer refunds. We gladly accept returns for store credit only. You can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $7.00 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
  3. Shipping is free on your 1st exchange for the same item in a different size pending the exchange size is in stock for any U.S. order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See " How do I start a return or exchange?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 25 days from the purchase date.
  4. Sale, accessories, doorbusters, and any items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable. These items are indicated with the price ending in $0.99 and/or say FINAL SALE.

Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. Sale and ‘last chance’ items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact contact@wildoakboutique.com and we’ll be happy to serve you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.

For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange.

  1. Go to wildoakboutique.com.
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange, indicate the reason, and click proceed to return summary.
  4. Ensure everything is correct and submit.
  5. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  6. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 25 days from the purchase date. (See "Important Notice" section for details)

Fees

Shipping is free on your 1st exchange for the same item in a different size for any U.S. order. For returns for store credit, you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $7.00 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. For orders made outside of the U.S. please contact us at contact@wildoakboutique.com.

 

Is an order slip required?

No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you. If you are using your own shipping label, please include the order slip.

 

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.

 

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the return process, or message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

After starting your return, select ‘item is damaged’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the return process. Please indicate how the product is damaged in the ‘Any additional feedback’ section on the ‘Your Return Summary’ page. You can also provide photos and message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com.

 

How long does it take to ship an exchange?

We ship exchanges once your local courier scans the package of the items you are sending back - even before we receive your original order.

 

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.

 

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com after you check your local post office.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. 

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

 

Important Notice:

  1. Please send returns/exchanges to 3956 W Tickman St, Sioux Falls, SD 57107. You should only send it to this address even if you are using your own shipping.
  2. Please make sure you don't include non-Wild Oak Boutique items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
