We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. All you need is your order number and zip code.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to make returns. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for any US order.  Items marked "final sale" are ineligible for return/exchange.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS INFORMATION

For the 2024 Holiday Season, items purchased between October 21st and December 26th, 2024, can be returned until January 31st, 2025.

What is Redo Coverage?

We have partnered with Redo to provide customers a seamless return experience. With Redo Returns, customers can start a return or exchange anytime with automatic labels and exchange processing.

Redo Coverage provides Free Unlimited Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection on your order. You can initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal.

if you decide to opt out of Redo Coverage you can still initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage is $4.95 per return.

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.

For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange.

  1. Go to wildoakboutique.com.
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return/exchange, indicate the reason, and click proceed to return summary.
  4. Ensure everything is correct and submit.
  5. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  6. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. (See "Important Notice" section for details) 

 

Is an order slip required?

No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you. If you are using your own shipping label, please include the order slip.

 

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.

 

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the return process, or message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

After starting your return, select ‘item is damaged’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the return process, or message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com.

 

How long does it take to ship an exchange?

We ship exchanges once your local courier scans the package of the items you are sending back - even before we receive your original order.

 

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.

 

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please message us at contact@wildoakboutique.com after you check your local post office.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. 

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

If you are using your own shipping carrier to send back a return, please send returns/exchanges to 4001 W 34th St N, Sioux Falls, SD 57107.

Please make sure you don't include non-Wild Oak Boutique items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
